Round 1 of Mackinac's Got Talent. Experience the boundless creativity of Mackinac Island! Open to all island residents and summer employees.
AUDITIONS!
Who can enter? - Anyone who Lives or Works on Mackinac Island, and who is not a professional artist.*
Contestants must arrive by 6pm on June 26th to compete.
You do not need to sign up before arriving. If you are using a backing/accompaniment track it MUST be publicly available online for us to access - EXAMPLES - YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music...etc. If you are using a custom track, please email it to Laura@mackinacartscouncil.org by 10 pm June 25th.

The Finale will take place on Thursday, August 28nd. You must be available on August 282nd to advance to the Finale.
*This event is meant to be a showcase of Mackinac Island talent; we kindly ask that only those who work and live on the island participate.
All are welcome in the audience. This is an amateur competition, we kindly ask that no professional artists compete.
++ Please ensure that any talent act and lyrics are family friendly. Let’s keep it PG!
Grand Prize $600 Plus a spot as an opening act at Music in the Park 2026
